Pdfwithmagic provides free online PDF and image processing tools. All file processing occurs entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript and WebAssembly technologies. Files are not uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted through our servers.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use our tools to process illegal, obscene, or harmful content
  • Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our proprietary code
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service at excessive rates
  • Resell or redistribute our tools as your own product

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Pdfwithmagic. You retain full ownership of any files you process using our tools.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pdfwithmagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Service. Since files are processed locally in your browser, we cannot be held responsible for data loss or corruption that may occur during processing.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
